Honda Activa e : During the India Mobility Global Expo, Honda launched its most awaited Activa e-electric scooter. Equipped with many modern features, this scooter has been a topic of discussion in the market for a long time. Let’s take a look at its price, range, battery, and features.

Honda Activa Electric Price

The company has launched this electric scooter at a starting price of Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom). At the same time, the Activa e Roadsync Duo variant has been priced at Rs 1.52 lakh ex-showroom.

Booking and Delivery

Booking of the new Activa e has started, interested customers can book it online or from Honda dealerships. Its delivery is likely to start soon. The design of Activa e is inspired by petrol-powered scooters.

Design and Features

This electric scooter comes in a simple and attractive look. It gets an apron-mounted LED headlight and handlebar-mounted LED daytime running light.

Talking about the features of Activa Electric, it has a digital TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call and SMS alerts. It offers three riding modes – ECO, Standard, and Sport.

Long distance travel

The new Activa electric scooter has two batteries of 1.5 kWh capacity. This battery pack is connected to a single electric motor, which generates 4.2 kW (5.6 bhp) of power.

The company claims that this scooter is capable of giving a range of 102 km on a single charge.This electric scooter can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 7.3 seconds.

At the same time, its top speed is 80 mph. This scooter is available in five color options Pearl Serenity Blue, Pearl Misty White, Matte Foggy Silver Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, and Pearl Shallow Blue.

The rear of the scooter i.e. the tail lamp unit has a badging of “ACTIVA e:”, which makes it look very attractive. In the Indian market, it will compete with electric scooters like the Ola Electric range and the TVS iQube.
