TVS Jupiter CNG: 226km Range & Loaded with Features

TVS Jupiter CNG : India’s top two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS, has unveiled the TVS Jupiter CNG scooter, marking the debut of India’s first CNG-powered scooter at the Auto Expo 2025.
This innovative model is part of the company’s Bharat Mobility 2025 initiative and boasts a robust engine along with a host of appealing features.
A remarkable range of up to 226 km
The TVS Jupiter CNG is equipped with a single-cylinder engine that has a displacement of 124.8 cc, delivering a power output of 5.3 kW and a torque of 9.4 Newton meters.
It offers the versatility of running on both petrol and CNG, allowing for a remarkable range of up to 226 km. With a top speed reaching 80.5 kilometers per hour, it can cover an impressive 84 kilometers on just one kilogram of CNG.
The scooter has some exciting features
The TVS Jupiter CNG stands out with its exceptional features, including the largest seat in its category, a sturdy metal body, an external fuel lid, a front mobile charger, a semi-digital speedometer, body balance technology, enhanced legroom, ETFI and Intelligo technology, as well as an all-in-one lock and engine inhibitor with a side stand indicator.
While TVS has yet to announce an official launch date for this scooter, it is anticipated to hit the market within the next three to six months, with an estimated ex-showroom price around one lakh rupees.
As the first scooter to utilize this CNG technology, the TVS Jupiter CNG may not face direct competition, but it could see rivalry from Bajaj’s CNG motorcycle.
