Kia Syros is going to be the next big launch of the Korean automaker in India. Kia has teased it several times, in which its name has been confirmed as well as the design has also been seen.

At the same time, now its launch date has also come out. The company is going to launch Kia Syros in the Indian market on December 19. Let us know what features will be seen in Kia Syros.

Kia Syros Exterior

Kia Syros will get the feature of panoramic sunroof. Recently, the company’s upcoming Sonnet comes only with a single-pan sunroof. At the same time, it will come with a more premium offering than before.

It can get stacked 3-pod LED headlights which will be connected with long LED DRLs. Exterior highlights can include large window panels, a flat roof and a kink in the window beltline towards the C-pillar.

At the same time, it is also expected to get flared wheel arches, a strong shoulder line and flush-type door handles. Apart from this, there can also be a long roof lane, L-shaped tail lights and a straight tailgate.

Features

Kia has not yet shared any information about the cabin and features of the Syros. We expect to see a cabin like the Sonet and Seltos SUVs. It can have a dual-tone interior theme. Along with this, there can also be a 2-spoke steering wheel.

In terms of features, it can get features like dual-display setup, auto AC, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats and wireless phone charger similar to Sonet and Seltos.

It is expected to get features like 6 airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, reversing camera and electronic stability control (ESC) for passenger safety.

Engine Options

Kia Syros can also get 1.2-litre petrol, 1-litre turbo-petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel engine options. Its 1.2-litre petrol engine can generate 83 PS of power and 115 Nm of torque. Which can be also mated to the 5-speed manual gearbox system.

The 1-litre turbo-petrol engine will generate 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of peak torque. Which can be mated to a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT.

At the same time, the 1.5-litre diesel engine will generate 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. Which can be mated to a 6-speed MT, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed AT.

Kia Syros Price

The ex-showroom price of Kia Syros in the Indian market is expected to start at Rs 9 lakh.
